HARCY uses generative AI to turn text and reference images into jewelry design previews. AI-generated content is clearly presented as a concept and must be reviewed before production.
1. What AI does
AI may interpret your prompt, drawing, photograph, or selected template and generate a visual jewelry concept. It may also create a revised version when you request a change. Generated details can be approximate, inconsistent, or physically impossible.
2. What AI does not guarantee
An AI image does not guarantee exact dimensions, weight, color, gemstone properties, plating, durability, safety, production technique, availability, or price. The final order is controlled by the confirmed category, design level, material, quantity, and production review.
3. Reference images
Upload only content you are authorized to use. If an image contains another person, a child, artwork, a logo, or protected material, you are responsible for having the necessary permission. Do not upload sensitive identity, financial, or medical documents.
4. Template-based designs
A verified HARCY template provides a trusted starting structure and production category. Your prompt or subject image may change the motif while preserving the intended jewelry form. Automatic Shopify checkout is limited to eligible verified-template results.
5. Human review
Production may require human review and reasonable design adjustment. We may decline or request changes to content that is unsafe, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with our service standards.
