1. Information we handle

• Account details such as your email address, optional international phone number, display name, and encrypted authentication data. The phone number is currently stored as profile information and is not treated as a verified login method.
• Design content such as prompts, drawings, photographs, personal symbols, generated images, revisions, and production selections.
• Technical records such as IP address, browser type, request time, security events, and service logs.
• Order references needed to connect a verified HARCY design to Shopify. Shopify independently handles the shipping, payment, tax, and order data you enter on its checkout.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and store private designs, provide revisions, create a secure Shopify cart, operate customer support, prevent abuse, diagnose service issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.

3. Images and sensitive content

Only upload an image when you own it or have permission from the relevant person. Avoid uploading government IDs, financial records, medical records, or any content that is not necessary for your jewelry design. Uploaded images may be processed by the AI infrastructure used to produce your requested output.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use infrastructure, AI generation, security, and commerce providers to deliver the service. Information may be processed in locations outside your country. We provide only the information reasonably needed for each service. Shopify receives the cart and design reference required for checkout; the complete private prompt is not intentionally sent as a cart attribute.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and design information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. We use access controls, secure cookies, encrypted transport, restricted server permissions, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may delete individual designs through your private design library. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

7. Children

HARCY is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services in their location. A parent or guardian must control the account and have permission before uploading a child's drawing or image.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
